Refund & Cancellation Policy

Training Refunds & Cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least fifteen (15) days before the first day of the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

Participant substitutions are permitted up to the start of the event and must be submitted in writing.

Registered participants who do not cancel and fail to attend will be considered no-shows. No refund or credit will be issued.

Postponed Events

If the Kansas Narcotics Officers Association (KNOA) postpones an event, registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Full or partial refunds will be processed only upon written request, using the original method of payment.

Participants who retain their registration for the rescheduled event are responsible for any additional costs resulting from changes to conference fees, membership dues, or regional training fees.

Canceled Events

If KNOA cancels an event, registrants may receive a credit toward another KNOA program of their choice. Credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the cancellation notice. Alternatively, registrants may receive a refund, subject to transaction fees.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment.

Membership Fees & Free Training

KNOA offers several free training opportunities throughout the year. Attendees must be KNOA members to participate.

Membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether a member attends any KNOA training. KNOA memberships are non-transferable.
